Shannon is a 2nd Generation Native Arizonan and has seen the exponential growth in the “Valley of the Sun” over the years.  She and her husband Jason Sutter, along with their two daughters, Bryce and Caitlyn, have resided in North and Northwest Phoenix for decades. For nearly 27 years, Shannon has built a successful real estate business, MoveUp AZ of HomeSmart, which serves Phoenix and all of the surrounding cities, and she has been recognized as one of America’s Top 100 Agents.

Having served for nearly 10 years on several boards at Title One schools in the Deer Valley Unified School District, she was instrumental in providing input and feedback for developing their Continuous Improvement Plans and the processes to implement them.

“For years I have been a financial supporter of the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation, so when they invited me to join them, there was nothing to think about. This organization provides local camps for kids fighting cancer. However, what makes them truly unique is that they also provide camps for the siblings of these patients, who are battling their own challenges during these times. Their Camp Sunrise and Sidekicks was how I learned of this foundation, as my nieces both attended the camps when they were younger and battling cancer themselves.  

I am honored to be a part of this great group of people, and I look forward to applying my areas of expertise in bringing recognition and growth to this small, but mighty, charity.”
