Phil Council

Phil serves on the Board of Directors, driven by a deep personal connection to the foundation’s mission. After losing his son to cancer in 2019, he became dedicated to supporting children and families facing similar challenges. As a veteran and aviation professional, Phil brings strategic leadership and a hands-on approach to his role. He is an active member of the marketing & communications committee, focusing on expanding SWKCF’s reach, strengthening community engagement, and developing innovative initiatives to drive awareness and support for the foundation’s mission.
