Cooking for a Cause Supporting Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation

For the month of March, our featured dish will be Fusion Pho. This exotic dish features grass-fed beef simmered in a complex and aromatic broth with rice noodles, fresh vegetables, herbs and spices.
Proceeds from the sales of this dish will be donated to the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation, which provides a cost-free summer camp experience for kids with cancer and their siblings. Each summer, the non-profit serves over 200 kids from across the Southwestern United States at their campsite in Payson, Arizona.
